My bus work-outs are becoming easier. I can almost make the entire trip now without hanging on. For those of you just tuning in let me explain.
My balance is terrible, or, so I discovered while riding the bus this month. (It finally made economic sense to buy a bus pass this month instead of paying per trip.) As it is I sit at work all day long. Standing on the way to and from work became a great break.
I turned it into a work-out by working on my balance. By being on the balls of my feet instead of my heals. There have been some sweaty trips. Ride 29 I even stepped on someone’s foot after loosing my balance.
Now, I can almost make the whole 20-30 minute trip on the balls of my feet. On occasion reaching to hold on. Beauty.
